Sandwich panel: The thermal insulation composite maintenance panel is composed of the panel, bottom panel and thermal insulation core material through adhesive (or foaming). There are two types of processes: surface embossing (roof and wall panels) and flat (purification panels)

EPS sandwich panels are composed of glass fiber reinforced plastic panels on both sides and a sandwich layer of polystyrene (EPS) foam. This structure is made of high-pressure composite using German vacuum technology, giving the board excellent overall performance.

The surface of the sandwich panel is smooth and clean, dirt can be easily removed, and the entire panel is brightly colored and has excellent gloss retention.

The surface of the fiberglass reinforced plastic plate is covered with a layer of gel coat with excellent performance. This gel coat has good chemical stability to the atmosphere, water and general concentrations of acids, alkalis, salts and other media.

 

Product performance

 

Thermal insulation performance: EPS sandwich panels have excellent thermal insulation performance. Among them, the thermal conductivity system number of fiberglass panels is 0.23 W/M2.K, while the thermal conduction system number of polystyrene foam (EPS) is only 0.038-0.043 W/M2.K. This makes the thermal conductivity system number of the 80mm thick composite panel less than 0.46 W/M2.K, which is very suitable for thermal insulation needs.

Chemical stability: The gel coat layer on the surface of the FRP plate has good chemical stability to a variety of media, ensuring that the plate can maintain its performance in a variety of environments.

Weather resistance: high surface finish, excellent gloss retention, no discoloration, corrosion resistance, sun protection, and anti-aging.

 

Application scope

 

EPS sandwich panels are suitable for a variety of applications, including thermal insulation/dry cargo compartments, large-span structural roofs, walls, thermal insulation (or fireproof) factories, purification factories, medium and high-end modular houses, container houses, etc.
