Sandwich panel: The thermal insulation composite maintenance panel is composed of the panel, bottom panel and thermal insulation core material through adhesive (or foaming). There are two types of processes: surface embossing (roof and wall panels) and flat (purification panels)

Structure:

The upper and lower metal plate surfaces of polyurethane sandwich panels are sandwiched with polyurethane foam.

The metal surface layer can be colored steel plate, galvanized steel plate, aluminized steel plate and colored embossed steel plate. Polyurethane sandwich panels are recognized as the best thermal insulation material in the world today.

Polyurethane sandwich panel: a material with high energy-saving performance and excellent fireproof and thermal insulation properties. It achieves fireproofing by adding flame retardants. Combustion will produce toxic gases. The bulk density of polyurethane used to make composite panels is generally 30 kg to 40 kg.
