Sandwich panel: The thermal insulation composite maintenance panel is composed of the panel, bottom panel and thermal insulation core material through adhesive (or foaming). There are two types of processes: surface embossing (roof and wall panels) and flat (purification panels)
 

(1) Usage: industrial plants, warehouses; cold storage, box packaging; light steel residences, original building mezzanine rooms; prefabricated houses; various clean rooms, air-conditioned rooms, etC.

- The core material of the board has strong adhesion: it is organically assembled into a honeycomb structure and has good stability.

- High strength: After modification, the compressive strength can reach 60MPa and the flexural strength can reach 9MPa.

- Environmental protection: It does not produce toxic smoke and harmful gases, and is an environmentally friendly product.

③Material: Using magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate, etc. as the main raw materials, adding modifiers and other materials

⑥Packaging introduction: Usually, plastic film is first used for overall wrapping to provide preliminary moisture-proof and dust-proof protection.

- The outer layer is then packaged in a wooden or paper packaging box. The size of the packaging box matches the purification board to minimize internal gaps and prevent shaking.

- For large or batch purification panels, they may be packaged in pallets to facilitate loading, unloading and transportation.

- Additional protective material may be added in key areas of the package, such as corners, to enhance protection of the board.

Through reasonable packaging, the purification board can be ensured to reach its destination safely and maintain its good performance and appearance to the greatest extent.
