Sandwich panel: The thermal insulation composite maintenance panel is composed of the panel, bottom panel and thermal insulation core material through adhesive (or foaming). There are two types of processes: surface embossing (roof and wall panels) and flat (purification panels)
1.Rock wool sandwich panel
(1) Usage: industrial plants, warehouses; cold storage, box packaging; light steel residences, original building mezzanine rooms; prefabricated houses; various clean rooms, air-conditioned rooms, etc.
(2)Advantages:
①Appearance: Light weight, about 10kg~14kg/square meter, equivalent to 1/30 of a brick wall; bright color, beautiful appearance, no need for surface decoration;
②Performance: heat insulation, good absorption and sealing performance;
Rock wool sandwich panel: It uses basalt as the main raw material. After being melted at high temperature, inorganic fibers are made by high-speed centrifugal equipment. At the same time, a certain proportion of adhesive is evenly added to bake into large boards, and cut into rock wool strips according to production needs. , rock wool is non-combustible and has good fire resistance.
