Open Floor Deck Galvanized Corrugated
The steel truss floor decking is a combined formwork in which the Chinese and German steel bars of the floor slab are processed into steel trusses in the factory, and the steel trusses and the galvanized profiled steel plate bottom form are welded together. During the construction phase, the steel truss floor deck can withstand construction loads and is laid directly on the beams, and concrete can be poured with simple steel work. Since the formwork function is completely replaced, the formwork erection and disassembly work is reduced, and the efficiency of floor slab construction is greatly improved.

It is currently widely used in factories, multi-story, high-rise, super-high-rise steel structure buildings, various irregular floors, concrete structures, high-speed railways and other structural and construction fields.
Open floor decking
Also called open profiled steel plate, it is an important supporting product for steel structure buildings. It is formed by rolling and cold-bending galvanized sheets. It is mainly used as a permanent formwork, and can also be selected for other purposes.
Material properties
Material: Mainly made of galvanized corrugated steel sheet. The galvanizing treatment can enhance the corrosion resistance and durability of the steel sheet.
Thickness: Common thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 1.5mm, depending on usage scenarios and design requirements.
Surface treatment: Surface galvanizing treatment can be ordinary galvanizing, chromium plating, anti-fingerprint and other treatment methods to meet different use needs.
Hardness: Has a high hardness, usually between 55-95HRB.
